You Put A Smile On My Face With The Funny Things You Say
Kenzie got dressed for Kindergarten and she put on a turtle neck. When I asked how she wanted me to do her hair, she insisted I did it like a turtle's!:)
When Kynlee was just 5 years old, she had a friend named Sam. He was over playing one day, and when I asked her what kind of sandwich she wanted she said, "I want Sam...I mean ham!"
Matthew really has his heart set on playing in the NBA. He knows that they play games on Sundays, so his solution to making it to church and taking the sacrament is, "I will just ask my Ward if they can always meet at the early block, and I'll repent on the airplane if it is an away game!"
Mom: "Deep down I don't think it is a good idea."
Karley: "In your feet?"
Kenzie is a polite little girl. I overheard her talking in her sleep one night saying, "No thanks." She even uses her manners while dreaming.
Karley found one of her toys that had been broken and said, "Whoever did this is going to pay the bill!"
Driving over the Glen Canyon Dam on our way down to AZ, Kynlee said, "The beavers must have worked hard on this one!"
When Matthew was 2 yrs. old, we went to the airport to pick Matt up from a work trip. Matthew was looking out the window, watching the airplanes take-off and said, "Look Mom! That airplane is doing a pop-a-wheelie!"
Kenzie likes to pinch our cheeks and say, "You chubby cheeks." One day I had her in the shower with me and she pinched my behind and said, "You chubby butt!"
