Matthew was riding one of our little quads last week with his friend Jeremy. I guess one of the tires had gone flat and when they hit a bump in the road it made the quad unstable. Matthew was riding on the back and fell off. He got major road rash on his back and elbow, and you can even see a little on his fingers. Ouch! Luckily, his head was protected by his helmet. It was quite painful trying to clean it up with Hydrogen Peroxide and scrubbing the asphalt out in an Epsom Salt bath. Poor guy! Still, even a week later, we are doing the best we can to get it to heal up. He'll have a nice scar to show his kids someday.

OUCH!! Poor Matthew. He's on his way to having a scarred up back like Brigg's:) Who by the way misses you guys so much. Were still not sure if were coming up there or not. If we do it will probably not be a long stay.

Poor guy...that looks like it hurts!!!! OUCH!
